In Blue II base aerobic development begins and training increases. Race strategy is introduced.
Regular competition. Aerobic development increases and training levels are increased. Race pace and strategy are refined.
Strokes refined and increased aerobic development. Race strategy with an eye towards high school / summer league swim.
Stroke development continues to be a key focal point. Aerobic capacity is greatly increased.
Qualifying for Local / Regional level meets and beyond, including collegiate swimming, are primary goals of Red II.
